Lovely large size vintage Russian tea cosy doll with original vintage Russian peasant costume the doll has a cloth body and a pressed celluloid painted head face and eyes and hands over cork and mohair for the blond hair and plait under the skirt is a thickly insulated padded under skirt to keep the tea hot in the teapot or samovar
the doll has large blue painted eyes
The dolls nose has a couple of small rub marks and the hands have some areas of loss to the fingers.
