Here is a beautiful Whitby Jet Locket Pendant displaying an Egyptian head in black and gold tone C1900.
Whitby Jet is a lightweight black material found only in Whitby Yorkshire and was very popular for making black antique jewellery in the Victorian era. It is quite rare and very collectable today.
