Circa 1880. A late Victorian upholstered easy chair. The barrel shaped chair with upholstered arms and seat upholstered in a red velour, the chair has an upholstered skirt with wonderful tassels, which runs around the entire chair. The back legs are square shaped slightly out swept, the front legs (unseen) are turned ring turned finish with a brass and brown porcelain caster. The chair frame is sound throughout.
