This lovely antique cupboard looks to date from the late nineteenth century. It is constructed from what we believe to be mostly pine, which has been overpainted at a later date. It has a sliding door to either side with a fixed panel in the middle, and opens to reveal an open interior with a single fixed shelf. It supported on a plinth base.

Condition: Overall this piece is in usuable condition with some wear consistent with age and use. There is some scuffing, scratching, knocking and wear to the paintwork and woodwork, and would benefit from being refinished. There are some areas of wood loss and damage. The door runners need cleaning and the doors are stiff, although they do work. The piece is overall grubby.
