Antique large quality Victorian overmantle or wall mirror C1850. Lovely charm and elegance.
This is a lovely mirror, that is full of age and character. Great patinated frame which has only had minor losses and touching up/refinishing over the years (some charming aging, wear and cracking to the finish)... looks great.
An impressive and rare find, that would look amazing in the right location. No woodworm.
The mirrored glass is in good condition with a clear and sharp reflected image.
Overall maximum dimensions: 113cmW x 120cmH x 8cmD. Mirrored glass 72cmW x 104cmH.
Minor historic knocks, marks, wear and imperfections, as is to be expected with antique furniture. Later mirrored glass and plywood back. Some historic extinct woodworm holes that we have treated for good measure.
