This is a good quality and sturdy antique English golden oak office chair, circa 1900, in excellent condition.

This is a good quality and sturdy antique English golden oak office chair, circa 1900, in excellent condition. The armchair features a curved splayed backrest with a central bank of slats, which makes this chair extremely comfortable and practical for everyday use. The wide curved arms, which are ideal for gripping the armchair, are secured by raised splayed supports, that connects to the seat frame. The chair boasts a good quality real leather padded seat. Below the chair seat, double “H” stretchers connect the turned legs, which gives this chair added strength and robustness.
This item features a rich golden oak colour. As it boasts the original polish, it has a fantastic colour and patination this can only be achieved through age and years of care and cleaning it has received.
