This lovely antique slipper chair dates from c.1900. The chair has a solid mahogany frame with tramline decoration around the edges and turned supports at the back. It has a lovely shape and design. The chair has an over-upholstered seat and back rest. It is supported on swept legs at the front and back.The upholstery has been fairly recently re-done.

Condition Overall this handsome piece is in good usuable condition, with some wear consistent with age and use. There is some slight wear and scuffing to the woodwork as might be expected and some signs of old restoration. The upholstery has been fairly recently re-done and is in excellent clean condition.
