Victorian Mahogany Ladies Nursing Chair
A beautiful, circa 1880, Victorian nursing chair. With its traditional bloom back design, over stuffed upholstered seat, and button back. Standing on turned and fluted legs, this item is still fitted with its original brass and porcelain castors. This chair is in lovely condition for its age, with no loose joints or woodworm, and all upholstery work is in tact. As you can see by the photographs, it is covered in an original tapestry style material, which if not to your liking, can easily be removed as all padding, springs and original horse hair stuffing is in excellent condition.
