Victorian Mahogany & Velvet Button Back Armchair
This is a very handsome Victorian armchair in super condition with solid mahogany square tapering legs with their original brass castors. The chair is soundly upholstered in this beautiful deep plush velvet. The chair has an elegant library style shape and the frame is in good sound order as is the upholstery, ready for years of service. The chair is an appealing shape and very comfortable and dates from around 1870. It is 90cm high, 94cm deep and 84cm wide. The seat is 38cm high, 54cm deep and 46cm between the arms.
