Gorgeous tortoiseshell coin purse inlaid with white metal, possibly silver. It opens to reveal a dark green lined interior which is in amazing condition. The tortoiseshell is also in excellent condition with no splits or nibbles. The metal decoration is beautiful but slightly raised in a couple of spots but I'll forgive it that as it's well over 130 years old. It measures about 3" x 2 1/2" I prefer payment by bank transfer, details on request.
I regret that due to current regulations I am unable to ship ivory items to the United States, even though all items are CITES compliant.
