To the centre a beautiful old cut diamond that is surrounded by five fabulous gemstones
They spell out the romantic sentiment DEAREST - Diamond, Emerald, Amethyst, Ruby, Emerald, Sapphire, Topaz
The colorful stones are claw set in a very attractive gallery
This ring has elegant scroll decorated shoulders
