The most beautiful Victorian cameo pendant C1860. The cameo has been hand carved and is surrounded by 48 small old cut diamonds which are set in silver. There is just over 1 carat of diamonds It features a lovely drop pearl with a further diamond above The bale contains another 2 diamonds The gold has been tested for 18kt
