Very Large Art Deco Signed Figure by URIANO, c1930
A beautiful and impressively large is this original sculpture from the first half of the last century by Ugo Cipriani. Depicting a figure of a woman with a bird on her shoulder. The sculpture is signed on the base URIANO. Made from spelter and cold painted with the most beautiful detailing, often these details degrade over the years but this one has remained vibrant. The base is solid multi coloured marble. The two metal sculptures show a beautiful age-related patina. The impressive geometric worked marble base has some signs of age over the decades none of which is unsightly and only mentioned for accuracy. weight 8.3 kg
