Very impressive carved French cupboard bookcase
An ornately carved impressive French cupboard bookcase with great detail. In wonderful original condition. The base is on turned bun feet with a deep moulded apron. Columns to either side of carved panelled doors. With two drawers and heavily quality brass hardware and the central locking key. Above the base are 2 columns with a turned gallery followed by 3 cupboards with double columns to either side and a large central door with Neptune riding his sea horse. Finally topped off with a gallery and finials. A really outstanding piece of antique furniture. Circa 1900
