Rare unrestored example of the classic Regency convex wall mirror c.1820. Larger than many we see with a 23″ diameter convex mirror within a moulded giltwood frame. Crowned with a superb carved eagle over flaming torches. With scrolling acanthus leaves to the bottom edge. In original untouched condition, with some missing portions of carving but retaining the original gilding.
