Circa 1870, two classical figures in carved serpentine. The first depicts the dying Gaul, beautifully carved after the antique. The second depicts ‘The Wrestlers’, another classic sculpture after the antique.

Right size 23cm high x 40cm wide x 19cm deep.
Left size 26cm high x 30cm wide x 17cm deep.
