Delightful set of three early 20th.c. painted wooden nursery panels c.1920. 20″ x 32″ screen panels painted with verse and scenes from the classic children’s nursery rhyme ‘To bed, to bed says sleepy head, Tarry awhile says slow, Put on the pan says Greedy Anne, lets sup before we go’. Charming illustrations and interesting Arts & Crafts style typeface. Some obvious wear and discolouration. Fitted with brackets for fixing to the wall.
