Thornton Pickard Camera and tripod
A Thornton Pickard (Ruby?) camera, constructed of polished mahogany with machine-finished brass fittings and brass turntable. Complete with Thornton Pickard tripod.
The body is fitted with a Pocket Ray lens (this was manufactured approximately from 1901 to 1904 by the Rochester Optical and Camera Co., stamped with the number 8 16 33 64128.
The camera took 3 1/4 x 4 1/4 size images.)
The bellows are in good condition, no signs of wear, or holes.
The tripod is in good working order, with some signs of wear commensurate with age. More photos available on request.
