This is a very large example of an Edwardian stem vase most certainly made in Stourbridge. This is a blown piece that would have had the foot applied whilst the glass was still hot. This impressive piece is 29cm tall and is cornflower blue with white accents on the rim graduating to a green body. It's design and form has floral inspiration. This piece has a rough pontil that was common at the time of manufacture at some workshops. I believe this piece to date from the early 1900's. It is in very good condition with no chips or cracks.
