Sweet Pea Woodblock by Yoshijiro Urushibara
Beautiful image of sweet peas in a vase by Urushibara.It is numbered 83 out of a maximum of 150. The artist would have used a minimum of eight woodblocks to produce the image and then would have hand coloured it, making each separate image unique. The woodblocks were all destroyed on his death in 1953.
