Superb Pair of George II Style Giltwood Mirrors
A fabulous pair of giltwood mirrors in George ll style. The giltwood frames which surround the bevelled mirror plates have shaped crestings, borders and aprons carved with acanthus leaves. These antique mirrors are in very good condition.
The condition of the frames is very good, the gilding is excellent. There is slight fonoxing and minor marks to the plates, this enhances rather than detracts from the appeal of these elegant mirrors.
These mirrors would make a wonderful addition to any room.
