A fine example of a spindle back armchair with side 'wings'. These chairs were predominantly made in North Cheshire and South Lancashire using Elm and Ash, with a rush seat. This example, circa 1800, has lovely shaped arms and sits on pad/bun feet. The side wings make it particularly desirable.

The chair is 46" (117 cm) high and 26.5" (67 cm) wide. The depth is 22" (56 cm). All items are sold with a 14 day money back guarantee.
