Purchased locally, a delightful little George III oak Welsh dresser base c.1800. Good small size, just 54½” wide. Three plank top over three drawers and a two door cupboard, the middle bank of drawers being dummy fronts allowing extra cupboard space inside. Simple design, typical of the Caernarfon area here in North Wales, with attractive ogee door panels, neat little brass knobs and bracket feet. Oak side panels, original deal drawer linings, back and floor boards. Excellent colour and condition, cleaned and waxed in our workshops.
