Silver Gold Gilt Marcasite Butterfly Brooch
A lovely vintage silver butterfly brooch pin decorated with marcasites.
The gold gilt brooch displays beautiful ornate filigree wings and detailed body. The wings are set with tear shape graduated marcasite which is a nice contrast with the gold. The pin is firm and slots neatly into a roll over clasp.
The silver is 835 quality and stamped on the reverse.
CONDITION
The butterfly brooch is offered in good condition with some slight age related wear to the gold gilt on the top of the wings.
Dimensions: 7cm x 3.5cm
