A lovely antique Victorian silver multi layer brooch dated for London 1901.

The curved bar displays a wonderful array of hearts, flowers and bird. The workmanship is incredible with intricate layers of finely cut and engraved dimensional silver work.
The silver brooch has a good roll over catch and is hallmarked.

Birds, hearts and flowers became a popular mix in Victorian times. Items like this were given to show true friendship and a symbol of everlasting love.

Overall the item is in decent condition and consistent with age.
