Set of four Victorian Cast Iron Garden Seats ANTIQUE GARDEN SEAT Coalbrookdale cast iron %%alt5%% %%alt6%%
A set of four Victorian cast iron garden chairs dating to the late 19th century. The high backs an arched top and reeded and twisted uprights flanking a panel decorated with fruit and acanthus leaves surrounding a roundel with a classical profile above a mask of Bacchus, with an ornate pierced circular seat and supported on cabriole legs with further acanthus and scroll work. In good structural condition, the white & green gloss paintwork needs touching particularly to the seats where some rust spots starting to appear.
