A set of 8 side chairs plus 2 Carvers, Ex- WD Hepplewhite style dining chairs in English Oak. These chairs, designed by Edward Barnsley, were made in the 1930’s to a very high Government standard. All the joints are “mortise and tenoned” and then pegged, this along with the fact that they have underframe all round make them an incredibly strong chair whilst still maintaining an elegant look. The seats are drop-in and have all been traditionally reupholstered
