Set of 5 19th Century Rountree’s Sweet Gums Jars with Chocolate Box

This rare set of jars came from the store room of an Old Fashioned Sweet Shop, they are heavy glass and have metal embossed lids. The lids are decorated with stylised entwined leaves, in the arts and crafts style and the words Rountree’s Gums around the edge

The 4 of the glass jars are sound, one however has a visible crack, this is stable and not moving, the jars come with a Rowntree’s “Emperor” Chocolate box, this is not in very good condition but it would be nice to keep them all together
The jars are 9” tall and 5” in diameter
