A set of 4 oak dining chairs, a variant of the design by Philip Tilden & Ambrose Heal, made by Heal's c.1930 (Labelled). These chairs are virtually identical to those made by Heal's for the Jerusalem Chamber in Westminster Abbey. Each chair has the "Tilden" style gun barrel supports and superbly quarter sawn figured backs.
