Antique set of 4 Georgian 18th Century elm country dining chairs.

A great rare find, with a simple rustic design and full of country charm. The very best age and patina. Simple country Chippendale styling from the Chippendale period.

Solid, very heavy and strong, with no loose joints.

Overall maximum dimensions 50cmW x 48cmD x 98cmH (44cmH seat).

Historic knocks, marks, cracks, scratches, splits, repairs and alterations, as is always the way with antique elm antique furniture of this age. Loads of extinct woodworm holes, that have been treated for good measure (to be expected with 18C elm).
