Antique French Wire Egg Basket.
Very good example.
This elegant hanging or free standing egg basket is of good size & can be used for vegetables or fruit if preferred.
Very sturdy. This was purchased in Brittany at an Antiques fair over 40 years ago & has been hanging on a beam ever since & has been used for onions in our own kitchen. Can wholly recommend.
Condition very good for age.
height 15.50" to top of handle. 9.50" to top of basket. Diameter at top of basket 6"
