The centre ruby measures approx 0.75 carat flanked either side by 4 diamonds measuring approx 10 points each with tear shaped rubies each end measuring 30 points each all set in 18 carat yellow gold. A lovely Victorian Ring. The ring size is L 1/2 but we have a superb jeweller who can re size without a trace.
