This is a lovely unusual cocktail ring. There are 24 rubies approximately 0.10 carats each = 2.40 carats total. The central diamond is approximately 0.60 carats plus another 24 diamonds approximately 0.08 carats each = 2.52 total. All set in 18 carat white gold. The setting measures 22.17 mm across. The rings size is L 1/2 but we have a superb jeweller who can resize without a trace.Weight 11.35 grams
