Here we have a rare Victorian Elm Caistor Rocker by John Shadford c1870. As you can see the chair has great colour and patina. There is a broad top rail with well turned spindles to the rear. There are shaped arms and turned supports. The thick Elm saddle seat has beautifully turned legs joined by an H stretcher below. The chair retains the original runners. A super rocking chair in great retail condition ready for your home. The dimensions are approx 106 cm high 54 cm wide and 60 cm deep.
