This large octagonal bowl is in the Rene Lalique "Chantilly" design, which dates to c1942.

"Lalique France" is engraved on the base.

The bowl measures 26.5 cm (10.5") in diameter. The bowl part has a diameter of 18.5 cm (7.25"). The bowl stands 5.5 cm (2") tall.
It weighs a substantial 1560g / 3.4lb.
All measurements are approximate.

Condition: The bowl has surface scratches to the inside basin area and the base, and there is some small fritting to the edge of the bowl basin where it meets the octagonal edging. The bowl rings well when pinged.
