Handsome Regency era mahogany pier glass c.1830. Useful narrow dimensions, just 25" wide at the cornice. Original 17" x 28" mirror plate within a mahogany veneered frame. Topped with a tall pediment with original gilded metal moulding and a large oak leaf spray. Concave moulded surround with further gilded mounts to the top corners. Tall plinth (to balance the top) with symmetrically arranged veneers. Some minor tarnish to the mirror, otherwise excellent condition, cleaned and waxed in our workshops.
Dimensions: Width 25" Height 54½" Depth 4".
