A Regency period metamorphic library chair made ca. 1811 and attributed to Morgan and Sanders. This neoclassical style Trafalgar chair can be converted into a small set of library steps. Morgan and Sanders offered upgrades to their standard design and this rare example includes over-scrolled uprights and a caned back. Item No. 0028.
