A sweet dressing table mirror circa 1820 with the most wonderful, naturally aged paint finish.

Constructed and painted to imitate natural bamboo this is quite a rare survivor of the period. As is to be expected some wear and chipping to the paint finish and small losses of silvering to the mirror plate. Original key present with the working lock, escutcheon lozenge missing.

A wonderful item a truly a favourite of ours.
