Splendid orientalist painting from the second half of the 19th century. French oil on canvas artwork depicting a desert landscape with figures, in a romantic style. In the background we see a pyramid and on the right a medieval castle perched on the mountain. In the center of the composition a path with figures on horseback or with a camel. Contemporary frame in carved and gilded wood, beautifully decorated, with some signs of aging. Painting that presents small drops of color (see photo), overall in good state of conservation. Sight size 34.4 x W 45.5 cm. As each of our products will be accompanied by a certificate of authenticity and warranty and photographic documentation.
