Edwardian oak steamer type armchair with an unusual patent design mechanism which allows the back to recline to several set positions when you lift the top of the armrests. Solid oak frame with turned detail to the front staves and stretcher, raised on brown pot castors. Excellent condition, retaining the original buttoned faux leather seat and back cushions. Maker is unknown but the reverse carries an ivorine label with the design patent number 23161. Please contact us for more images, delivery and shipping quotes.
