As rare as hen's teeth! - Finding a silver butterfly wing ring in any sort of acceptable condition is rare in itself as many were ruined by hand washing and moisture - this is a gorgeous find! - Set to Sterling Silver and marked in a couple of places (including patents 220213) this fine example will delight the most discerning of collectors - with an adjustable silver ring, the oval ring itself is substantial measuring c. 2.1cm across - the RMS Queen Mary picture is exquisite and the morpho blue butterfly wing is bright and vibrant with the reverse painted picture of the Cunard ship in good order - a lovely piece that will not disappoint!
