This is a pair of pretty Florentine gilt wood frame mirrors dating from around 1870. The mirrors have deep, attractively carved acanthus leaf, hand gilded frames and their original bevelled mirror glass.

The mirrors measure 57 cms by 53 cms. They would be excellent as alcove mirrors and could be hung either way around.

Extremely rare to find as a pair, both are in excellent order with their original water gilding.
