A Rare high back Windsor Chair in Ash with an Elm seat by Fred Walker, this is an unusual chair in that the back splats are not the usual shape for this maker, it is a quality chair with the crinolin stretcher and ball foot, the seat is stamped, Fred was the last chair maker working from the tiny hamlet of Rockley in North Nottinghamshire, this is a very attractive chair in excellent condition with a nice colour and patina.
