Charming little early 19th.c. Irish stick chair c.1800. Low back with an ash top rail on simple turned ash spindles. Unusually constructed seat with thick ash rails front and rear with a pine board in the middle and pine sides. Seat height 15½". Raised on ash legs, slightly splayed at the rear, with wedged tenons. Lovely character and condition, cleaned and waxed in our workshops.
