Note: The Gothic revival of the Regency Period was very substantial with Ackermann’s Repository of the Arts very much in the vanguard of good taste carrying numerous illustrations. Indeed it was Ackermann who published a book of Pugin’s Gothic Furniture being an assembly of many of the Gothic pieces illustrated in the Repository.
