Circa 1860. An unusual pair of circular walnut framed revolving chairs. The raised curved back with deep buttoning and pleating, with a large domed stuff over seat, the seat rail which runs around the entire chair, with a large metal rod in the base of the chair, which sits on the cruciform base, with rounded corners resting on four squat circular feet with the original castors beneath. The chairs can revolve 360 degrees.
