Superb quality pair of leather and mahogany tub type desk armchairs c.1930. Exposed solid mahogany frame and lovely soft tan leather upholstery with brass studs. Low curved backrest and padded arms with scrolling teminals raised on curving supports. Over a circular sprung seat with piped front edge. Moulded apron (continued on the rear) raised on turned and tapering legs front and rear with crisp reeded and fluted detail. Some minor surface wear to the leather, otherwise excellent colour condition.
