Pair of Italian Walnut Baluster Rails
This is a rare pair of 18th Century Italian Walnut Altar Balustrades in beautiful condition.
They are free standing although they can be fixed again into a wall as they were originally.
There is an old burn mark on one of the balustrade due to a candle (see image). Pareglio & Ayres Antiques Interiors, located in Canterbury, Kent, UK and with a base in Italy just under an hour from Milan.
