Extraordinary pair of 17th.c. Venetian style side chairs c.1900. Original velvet damask upholstery to the back rest and seat plus original brass studs and tassel brain. On elaborately carved walnut scrolling front legs and stretchers. Obvious wear to the upholstery, note the rear and sides of the backrests have been re-covered. Woodwork has been cleaned and waxed in our workshops.
