Pair of French walnut and cane chairs
Very pretty pair of French walnut louis xv style bedroom chairs with cane seats and backs, also with later additional removable seat pads, circa 1920
Very good quality chairs and very decorative, fine carving throughout the frames
There is one small hole in the cane to one chair back as you'll see in the photo, nothing much, but mentioned. Also, you see when the seat pads are lifted the cane seats are slightly different colours too - this could be stained to match perhaps, or left as is if you are to replace the seats pads
Good sturdy chairs for occasional bedroom use

18'' / 66cm seat height
